crackly crust, fudgy middles, crunchy outer, & intense chocolate flavor -in
one easy, homemade cookie recipe. One of the best cookie recipes around! As
soon as you taste this cake, you will immediately fall in love and it will be
impossible to resist it! It's very good, I guarantee!
WHAT
IS BROWNIE COOKIES?
Brownies
are cakes that have a dense texture. This cake has a characteristic brown color
and tastes sweet. The name brownies itself is inspired by the brown color of
the cake. Because of the delicious taste of this cake, it has become popular
and a favorite of many people until now.
While
Cookies are made from sweet cake dough which is formed into small pieces and
then baked. This cake has a sweet taste and texture that is dry and crunchy on
the outside. The name of the cookies comes from the Dutch word "Koekje"
which means small cake.
Along
with the times, cakes have more variations and new creations. Many
people experiment with combining two (or more) ingredients in one recipe.
Brownies and cookies are a combination of cakes that you must try. You will
enjoy a cake with a different sensation and look.

HOW
TO MAKE BROWNIE COOKIES?

this recipe, and you’re not gonna be fail to make Brownie Cookies!

Ingredients
:
-
100gr dc
- 55gr
margarine
-
100gr brown sugar
- 1
egg
-
Salt
-
Vanilla
-
75gr of flour
-
10 gr cocoa powder
- 4
original nescafe sachets
Instructions:
1.
Make the dough wet
First,
melt 100gr dcc and 55gr margarine using double boiling or microwave
Then
in a different bowl make the dough again and mix 100gr brown sugar, 1 egg,
salt, and vanilla.
Mix
it use a mixer until slightly fluffy about 5 minutes
After
the dough is finished, add the melted chocolate and stir in folding (do not
overdo it)
2.
Make a dry dough
Mix
75 grams of flour, 10 grams of cocoa powder, and 4 sachets of nescafe original

Then add the dry mixture to the wet mixture (sieve the wet mixture first to
make it smoother) Mix well, and stir using the folding technique not to
overmix
4.
Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes
5.
Bake at 180* for 12 - 15 minutes
6.
Brownie Cookies is ready to be enjoyed. You can enjoy this cake with a cup of
milk you can dip it or turn it into cereal to make the taste more delicious
