Chicken cheese buldak or Korean Fire
Chicken. Korean spicy chicken coated with mozzarella cheese. The combination of
spicy and melted mozzarella cheese produces a delicious taste. For lovers of
Korean spicy food, you must try it because this can satisfy your spicy
cravings. This food is easy to make and uses simple ingredients so you can make
it yourself at home.
WHAT IS CHICKEN
CHEESE BULDAK?
Korean cuisine has spread in
Indonesia. Many people are loved Korean
food. Korea itself is famous for its spicy food, one of which is buldak.
Buldak comes from the word
"Bul" meaning fire, and "Dak" means chicken. This is one of
the phenomenal dishes from South Korea which has an extraordinary spicy taste
that makes it nicknamed "fire". In Korea, Buldak is one of the foods
that are popular as a dinner menu accompanied by soju.
Along with the times, buldak also
has many variations, which is added with cheese coating which is named
"buldak chicken cheese". This food has a characteristic red color
with a taste that is known to be super spicy. The red color found in chicken
meat is obtained from Korean Gochujang and Gochugaru. In this food, mozzarella
cheese plays a role in overcoming the spiciness of the buldak seasoning and
also makes the chicken taste more delicious and savory.

THE FOOD INGREDIENTS?
You can easily find all food
ingredients in various supermarkets or at local Asian food stores.

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHEESE BULDAK?
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast 300gr
2. 1tbs gochujang homemade paste
3. 1tbs gochugaru
4. 1 clove of garlic
5. 1tbs brown sugar/honey
6. Sesame oil
7. Pepper
8. 1tbs soy sauce
9. Rice cakes (tteokbokki)
10. Mozzarella cheese
11. Full cream milk 100 ml
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into cubes
2. Put in the chicken 1tbs of gochujang paste and 1tbs of gochugaru
3. Then, add 1tbs soy sauce, 1tbs brown sugar/honey, sesame oil, pepper, and 1 clove of garlic
3. Stir everything thoroughly
4. Add tteokbokki
5. Add full-cream milk
6. Finally, grated mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken cheese buldak
7. Wait until cooked
8. Chicken cheese buldak is ready to be enjoyed
