CREAMY GOCHUJANG SPAGHETTI
Creamy gochujang spaghetti. Perfect Korean spicy cream sauce spaghetti with Korean gochujang pasta. It’s made from freshly cooked pasta and then glazzed with a spicy gochujang sauce. You definitely don't want to miss the sensation of this spicy and creamy combination. So you should try to make it at home. Very easy and ready in less than 10 minutes!
WHAT IS CREAMY
GOCHUJANG SPAGHETTI?
This is not authentic Korean food,
but a fusion of Italian and Korean food. Spaghetti and Korean sauce lovers
combine the two in one dish. Of course you never imagined what it would be like
to mix the cream with gochujang, but it turns out that when put together it
will produce a complex and unique taste to enjoy.
Spaghetti is a type of pasta that is long, thin, and dense, shaped like noodles in general. It is one of the staple dishes in Italy. Meanwhile, Gochujang is a sweet and spicy fermented red chili paste. Gochujang is also known as Korean BBQ sauce and is a basic ingredient in Korean cuisine. Even in this recipe, Gochujang is the most important ingredient because it brings all the flavor, color, and heat to the dish.

ingredients are also very easy to find, because the ingredients to make this
food are all around you.

HOW TO MAKE
CREAMY GOCHUJANG SPAGHETTI?
Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1tbsp of gochujang
1 cup of heavy cream or milk
Italia mix herbs
Chili flakes
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and papper
Instructions:
1. First, cook the spaghetti.
Prepare water for a boil, add pasta and salt. Wait until spaghetti is perfect
al dente
2. Prepare a frying pan, add butter
and olive then add the garlic, and stir-fry until golden and fragrant.
3. Add Gochujang, and stir-fry for a
few minutes.
4. Add a glass of milk and Italian
herbs
5. Add pasta then flush with pasta
water
6. Add chili flakes, parmesan cheese,
and mozzarella cheese
7. Stir until smooth
8. Creamy gochujang spaghetti is ready to be enjoyed
